ICAL Innovationeers
ICAL effectively delivers 21st Century skills to a new generation of learners.
ICAL’s Accelerative Learning Innovationeer course delivers 71 workplace skills critical for success in the 21st century global economy. These are skills identified by international teaching and learning organizations such as:
ISPI - International Society of Performance and Instruction
ASTD - The American Society of Training and Development
UNESCO and the United Nations Taskforce on Innovation and Lifelong Learning
These skills are included in all ICAL Innovationeer courses and are part of the “Quantum Factor” that increases the overall performance of each individual when they return to work or their ongoing studies.
At the conclusion of every project, teams and individuals are asked to examine their performance using the 8 Innovationeer Skills areas:

- 8 Life Long Learning Skills

ICAL measures Innovation skills at the middle and end of each course, using direct observation and/or demonstration of the following behaviors:
